Experience with POS systems, reservations platforms, and inventory management.

In depth knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality service standards.

Strong leadership and effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Organizational skills

Excellent customer service

High energy level

Able to stand for long hours

Able to lift and carry moderate amounts of weight (up to 50 lbs.).

Flexible schedule (weekdays + weekends).
